his first memory

look how much he grew in just a couple months

from winter to summer

I talked to our eldest about first memories and without even having to think he said he remembers looking out the window on Mt. Oliver.
We moved from there when he was 15 months old?!?!

I can not even imagine that he could actually remember that far back?!?!

I know that in my own trying to recall first memories I have a hard time knowing whether I actually remember...
or do I remember a picture...
or do I remember hearing the story and I've put my own images to the story?!??!

I don't know how it is for him...It's not something we talk or talked about alot...it's not some great event that was told and retold at family gatherings!

It's just his very own first sweet memory...

And the irony of it involving a window after what I wrote yesterday!??!
