Over the weekend we purchased my birthday present. A grown up Nikon. The first time I used it tears came to my eyes...as I thanked my husband one more time...I will miss my companion of a year, my baby camera and I have become very close, going everywhere together, seeing and capturing our life...together...
I will not just put it aside though...I know it still has many more good years...
I give it to my son now, and it will go to Spain with him and hopefully will serve him as faithfully as it has me.
