Until we meet again
we don't have a saying that comes anywhere near
expressing that beautiful sentiment
as we take our leave from loved ones
leaving their fair city, Ziegelhausen, the Neckar...
leaving their intimate little moments of living
leaving her.....
leaving being present to 'one' of the things he does best
leaving the grace of how naturally he became a dad
leaving him.....
leaving the snuggles
leaving him
leaving family
leaving friends
leaving all things unique and beautiful
because unlike that snail...
we cannot carry our homes with us...
we must return to where we belong
as they walk their own 'way'...
we leave
them
to be........
