the first red cup...
somehow a marker
...yet another year draws to a close...
the little words printed on it
"let's remember why we go together so well..."
brought to my mind this verse
"Come now, and let us reason together"
says the Lord
"Though your sins are like{scarlet}
They shall be as white as snow
Though they are {red} like crimson
They shall be as wool...
If you are willing and obedient
You shall eat the good of the land"
I have been trying to reason with the Lord this week...
having our own private counseling sessions...
He's been doing a lot of listening...
He's very good at it
and when He does speak
I've been trying to allow His truth
to draw me once again into willingness and obedience
to whisper
over all the inner voices raging within me
