the party's over
those sweet holidays
a clean new year
shines bright in the pouring down rain
turning into a few welcome flurries
not enough to keep our girl
from a lovely little unexpected trip home
and thanks to the lovely v
a little face time with the sweet far away boys
a special dinner with two kids and dear friends
and a prize winning apple pie...
one more taste of delicious sweetness
as new year's day
ends
and ordinary time begins
