this morning's reading
"In Christ we were chosen
destined in accord with the purpose of the One
who accomplishes all things
according to the intention of His will
...so that we might exist for the praise of His glory..."
Ephesians 1: 11-12
and I remembered
when those words used to always be on my lips
It was all for His glory
"let Him who glories, glory in the Lord"

do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God and the Father by Him."

the sun came through the trees like God this morning
and the Canticle of the Sun filled my mind
and I could not pull myself away from His awesome glory...
and I remembered my prayer

One thing I have asked of the Lord
this will I seek
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life
to behold the beauty of the Lord
