Isaiah 11:6
there are places that are quiet in me
powerful places
quiet
places where childhood was lost
innocence
lost
again
and again
places that hold potential for further loss
light has come there
shines there
no longer hidden
redeemed safe places
now
they don't need to be wielded
to show their power
where once was trust
they don't lash out in other ways
to show their strength
where once was weakness
they are places to love
powerfully
quietly
another
even though they know nothing of it
He will quiet you
with His love
