the Lord is my light

one thing I have desired of the Lord

to behold the beauty of the Lord

LIGHT: seeing...these hundreds and hundreds of beautiful little blue flowers
covering the hillside where we picniked

STRENGTH without FEAR: hearing...a little voice counting 1-2-3...over and over again while jumping rope

DWELLING in the HOUSE: tasting...tea

the DAYS of my life: touching....and deliberating over each t-shirt and sweater I pack

beholding BEAUTY: oh how I wish there were some way to capture the smell...of lilacs...
