had a lovely 'one more last day' with my girl...but thinking of his girl...

even though this week has been full of unexpected delays and disappointments
it has also been a week full of many moments of pure grace
thoughts and imaginings of where I was supposed to be this week


and those extraordinarily ordinary moments of everyday life that my daughter allows me to share with her...
I picked her up after her early day at work...
and we went to this great little old fashion ice cream parlour around the corner...
she got black cherry frozen yogurt and I got double chocolate brownie extreme?!?!?
I'm still indulging my self...
and she is still being healthy!

then we walked thru the market to shop for groceries...for the rest of the week
grapes and portobellas, tortillas, goat cheese
italian bread...and olive oil...from a big vat at penn mac!?!?

then we drove over to the little neighborhood she dreams of buying a home in someday...
then we had a wonderful mexican dinner
the one type of food that dom and vanessa say they don't have where they are!?!?

then we drove over to see gramps (and dj) after his procedure...
that went just fine...all is well

and then we did some target shopping....for a very special birthday present!

and then this morning my BFF and I had coffee on my front porch...
one more moment of grace in this back and forth up and down week
