some people dread waking in the morning
have to pull themselves from bed
for me no matter what
the new day brings comfort
at one time in my life
I wondered why do the days keep coming
'don't they know it's the end of the world'
but the days kept coming
and in them
I realized God in His wisdom
God in His love
has given us
graced us
with each and every day
and even if I'm having difficult days
a morning walk
eases me back into the land of the living
and I am ever so grateful
to wake
to walk
to notice the beauty of this day

Well, from the time difference, I assume you are at least somewhere east of me. Your comment was so funny! Eating dinner for breakfast. My young men eat Pizza for breakfast sometimes. And I know that an omelet and even pancakes (I've heard) make a great breakfast for dinner turnaround!
But I'm in Arizona, and I had my recipe post scheduled to publish a little past midnight our time (PST).
