finally remedied thatthe birthday has happened
tomorrow's the day
even though her favorite cookies weren't ready
for her very first Christmas ever
that she'll be away
but that's nothing compared to the boys forgetting
my mom
after their annual strip shopping trip spree!?!?
and we still don't have the first sign of a tree
it's different this year
than in any of the past
everything seems to be happening way too fast
but the dinners have been wonderful
and visitors have come and lingered and gone
and even though I feel like
not everything will ever get done
I know what's important
and we are having such fun
the jingle and jangle of the busyness is clear around here
with journals
and presents
and wrapping
and napping
and as off to bed again late in the night
I notice the tree
and the snow on the ground
and just know everthing will of course be...alright
