the lace at these windows
has been with us for years
since we first moved into the house we built
so long ago
most of the panels I sold at a garage sale
after we moved to this home
and no longer had need of them
I have photographed this room
and it's details
for years
through different seasons
different lighting
morning sun
summer breeze
casted shadow
but this morning
as I lay in bed
waking to the day
what to my wondering eyes does appear?
but...a heart
how have I missed
that little expression of love
that has so delicately been surrounding me
all these years?!?!?

I love lace curtains there is something so soft and comforting about them. Just peaceful and delicate. Enjoy your heart, it is gift from God.
