morning coffee with the women
and an unexpected evening out
a camelot rain
washes the humidity away
morning on the back deck
afternoon sky the color of the front porch ceiling
the wind blows
and I close my eyes and can't help but smile
a day of being able to be in the attic!
and in the basement
readying ourselves for a yard sale
what a difference a day makes
"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth
where moth and decay destroy
and thieves break in and steal.
But store up treasures in heaven
where neither moth nor decay destroys
nor thieves break in and steal.
For where your treasure is
there too will be your heart."
