what an auspicious prayer

my day in relation to eternal life

do not look at the things which are seen

but at the things which are not seen

for the things which are seen are temporary

but the things which are not seen are eternal

     2 Corinthians 4:18

what have I done for eternity today
is what I am doing 
with all my days
with all that I am 
bearing fruit in eternity

ominous and yet

I am thought of

I have been crucified with Christ
it is no longer I who live

but Christ 
lives in me

and the life 

which I now live in the flesh 

I live by faith 

in the Son of God

who loved me 

and gave Himself 
for me 

              Galations 2:20

how do I keep that before me always
how do I live and breath and move in that truth

it confounds me
you must be more
you are not enough

and sometimes it's as clear and easy as breathing
just be

I am loved
by the Son of God
who gave His life for me
live...by faith
